Gov. Josh Shapiro Claims Newborn Died From Measles, Doubles Down When Caught Lying

Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro, who is almost certainly eyeing a 2028 run, did some fearmongering earlier this week when he claimed that a newborn had died from measles. The narrative, of course, is that President Donald Trump is to blame for the measles outbreak and the infant’s death by appointing anti-vaxxer Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to his administration.

Fox News reported on Shapiro’s comments Tuesday and RFK’s response, saying that it was the same playbook the Democrats ran for the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Lancaster County coroner performed an autopsy and confirmed that the infant died of a ruptured spleen, not measles. On Friday, a reporter asked Shapiro, with so much misinformation and confusion floating around, why he wasn’t more specific and transparent about that case. Not surprisingly, Shapiro didn’t want to address that, saying he didn’t think “it serves the interest of public health … for me to get into a back and forth about conspiracy theories showing up online.”

Josh Shapiro was just asked why he claimed a newborn infant who died of a spleen rupture died due to being unvaccinated for measles:

“I don’t think it serves the interest of public health for me to get into a back and forth about conspiracy theories showing up online.”

Here we go again with the conspiracy theory ideology. Even after a coroner, something that Gov. Shapiro is not, said the infant died of a ruptured spleen. I don’t know about you, but I need some new conspiracy theories because mine all became facts. Let’s not forget either what Pennsylvania’s former governor, Tom Wolfe alongside his mentally ill cohort, Dr. Rachel Levine did during the Chinese flu. Levine actually pulled HIS 95 year old mother from a nursing center, and then the both of them were in on sending senior citizens diagnosed at a hospital with COVID straight back into the senior living facilities. Many seniors died in Pennsylvania because of those two. Pennsylvania doesn’t have a very good reputation when it comes to diseases. There are a lot of Pennsylvanian politicians and medical staff that need tried right along with Dr. Anthony Fauci. Will they be? Probably not, but a lot of Pennsylvanians won’t forget what happened.
