We Believe:

A sovereign nation must possess both the strength to defend itself and the wisdom to avoid unnecessary conflict. The Founders understood that a free people cannot remain free without secure borders, disciplined armed forces, and a foreign policy rooted in prudence rather than ambition. They warned against entangling alliances, foreign interventions, and the temptation to use military power to reshape the world according to ideological agendas. Their vision was clear: America’s military exists to protect the American people, not to police the globe.

We affirm that national defense is a sacred duty of government, but that this duty has limits defined by the Constitution and by moral responsibility. A strong defense safeguards our homes, our families, and our sovereignty. It deters aggression, preserves peace, and ensures that future generations inherit a nation that is secure and stable. But strength must be guided by restraint. History shows that nations which overextend themselves abroad inevitably weaken themselves at home.

We believe that America’s foreign policy must reflect the interests of its own citizens, not the ambitions of international institutions or global power blocs. The United States should not sacrifice its resources, its soldiers, or its sovereignty to serve the goals of foreign governments or unelected global bodies. A just and moral nation defends its own people first.

PLANK 1: American Sovereignty and Constitutional Foreign Policy

PLANK 2: Foreign Lobbying and the Integrity of American Policy

A sovereign nation cannot allow its foreign policy to be shaped by the pressure of outside governments or their lobbying arms. Whether the influence comes from Beijing, Riyadh, Brussels, or Tel Aviv, the principle is the same: American policy must be made by Americans, for Americans. No foreign-aligned lobbying organization should wield disproportionate influence over U.S. elections, legislation, or diplomatic priorities. Members of Congress must be free to debate foreign policy openly, without fear of political retaliation, financial targeting, or coordinated smear campaigns.

The Scale and Structure of AIPAC’s Influence: AIPAC has become one of the most powerful lobbying forces in Washington. It has spent money in over 80 percent of all congressional races, giving it a reach unmatched by any other foreign-aligned lobby. Its influence is amplified by a network of affiliated political action committees, donor bundling operations, and coordinated funding mechanisms that allow it to direct enormous sums of money into specific races. This structure enables the organization to reward lawmakers who align with its positions and to punish those who dissent.

Major donors have openly acknowledged that political access is purchased through massive campaign contributions. This donor network forms the financial backbone of AIPAC’s power and ensures that its influence is bipartisan and deeply entrenched.

The Consequences for Democratic Self Governance AIPAC’s influence is not theoretical; it is measurable. The organization has spent tens of millions of dollars to defeat candidates who questioned U.S. policy toward Israel, including $23 million in just two primary races. Over recent years, more than $100 million has been deployed to unseat or intimidate lawmakers who diverged from AIPAC’s preferred positions. This level of financial retaliation creates a climate in which elected officials fear crossing the organization’s red lines, undermining the constitutional principle that representatives must be accountable to their own citizens.

Scholars and analysts have described AIPAC as “one of the most powerful lobbies in American politics” and “the most powerful lobby representing a foreign country.” Its ability to shape congressional behavior through fear, funding, and political pressure is widely acknowledged.

Transparency, Regulation, and the Restoration of Sovereignty Foreign lobbying must be subject to strict transparency, registration, and oversight. Organizations representing foreign interests should be required to disclose their funding sources, political activities, and influence operations. No foreign aligned group should be permitted to fund political campaigns, shape legislative agendas, or pressure lawmakers into supporting policies that do not serve the American people. A sovereign nation must guard its political process from undue influence, whether that influence is economic, ideological, or geopolitical.

PLANK 3: Middle East Policy and Ending Unconditional Support for Israel

Israel and Regional Destabilization For decades, American foreign policy in the Middle East has been shaped not by a balanced assessment of regional realities, but by the political, financial, and diplomatic pressure exerted on behalf of the State of Israel. While Israel is often described as a strategic ally, the consequences of unconditional support have been profound: regional instability, prolonged conflict, strained international relationships, and a foreign policy posture that frequently places American interests behind those of a foreign nation.

Unconditional Support Has Enabled Endless Conflict. The United States has provided Israel with over $150 billion in direct aid since 1948, more than to any other nation. This support has continued regardless of Israel’s actions, policies, or regional behavior. Instead of promoting stability, unconditional backing has emboldened policies that inflame tensions, prolong conflicts, and undermine diplomatic efforts. When one nation is assured of unwavering American support, it has little incentive to pursue compromise, restraint, or peaceful resolution.

Destabilization of the Middle East: Israel’s military operations, settlement expansions, and regional interventions have contributed to cycles of violence that destabilize neighboring countries and fuel broader geopolitical tensions. These actions have drawn the United States into conflicts that do not advance American security, drain American resources, and damage America’s standing in the world. A foreign policy that automatically aligns with one nation’s objectives, regardless of consequences, cannot produce lasting peace or regional stability.

Strained Relations with Allies and Global Partners: America’s unconditional support for Israel has strained relationships with key allies in Europe, the Middle East, and the Global South. Many nations view U.S. policy as one-sided and inconsistent with international law, weakening America’s moral authority and diplomatic influence. When the United States is perceived as unwilling to hold Israel accountable for actions that violate human rights norms or international agreements, it undermines America’s credibility on the world stage.

The Cost to American Security and Reputation: The perception that the United States acts as an extension of Israeli policy has fueled anti-American sentiment, contributed to radicalization, and made American personnel and interests targets abroad. This is not the result of American values or actions, but of the belief, widespread in many regions, that U.S. foreign policy is driven by political pressure rather than national interest. A foreign policy that endangers American lives to protect the ambitions of another nation is neither moral nor strategic.

Distortion of U.S. Strategic Priorities: Israel’s regional objectives do not always align with America’s. Yet U.S. policy has often been shaped to serve Israeli interests, even when doing so undermines broader American goals such as regional stability, counterterrorism, energy security, and diplomatic balance. This distortion has diverted American attention and resources away from pressing global challenges, including the rise of China and the security of America’s own borders.

A Call for Balanced, Independent Policy: The United States must pursue a Middle East policy grounded in American interests rather than the demands of any foreign government. This requires:

• ending blank check military aid

• conditioning assistance on compliance with international norms

• restoring diplomatic neutrality

• prioritizing regional stability over foreign political pressure

• ensuring that American soldiers are never placed in harm’s way to serve another nation’s agenda

A sovereign nation must be free to evaluate every foreign relationship on its own merits. The United States cannot allow any foreign government, whether ally or adversary, to dictate its policies, shape its priorities, or compromise its security.

A Foreign Policy That Serves America First: Israel’s security concerns are its own responsibility. America’s responsibility is to its own people. A foreign policy rooted in sovereignty, restraint, and constitutional authority demands that the United States act independently, pursue peace through strength and fairness, and refuse to be drawn into conflicts that do not serve the American national interest.

(NOTE) Many Christians unequivocally support Israel because of Genesis 12:3 “I will bless those who bless you, and curse those who treat you with contempt, and all the peoples on earth will be blessed through you.” The question is: Has America been blessed by its support for Israel? Have all the people of the Earth been blessed through the nation called Israel in Palestine? Perhaps, we are blessing the wrong people. It is Christian America through which the nations of Earth have been blessed. Have we wrongly identified the people of Abraham?

PLANK 4: Domestic Influence and the ADL’s Impact on American Policy

Domestic Influence and the ADL’s Impact on American Foreign Policy: Foreign policy is not shaped only by diplomats and elected officials. It is shaped by the domestic institutions that define acceptable speech, control public narratives, and influence how government agencies interpret political and cultural issues. Among the most influential of these institutions is the Anti Defamation League (ADL), a private advocacy organization whose reach extends into legislation, education, corporate policy, and law enforcement training.

Shaping Legislation and Redefining Speech: The ADL has played a central role in crafting federal and state hate crime statutes, model legislation, and definitions of “extremism” and “bias.” These definitions often expand far beyond genuine threats or violence, sweeping in political, religious, or cultural viewpoints that fall outside the ADL’s preferred ideological framework. When a private organization can influence the legal meaning of speech, dissent, or extremism, it raises serious concerns about transparency, accountability, and the protection of constitutional rights.

Influence Over Schools and Cultural Institutions: The ADL provides curriculum materials, teacher training, and “anti bias” programs to school districts across the country. These programs are presented as neutral, but they frequently promote ideological assumptions that conflict with the historic Christian character of the United States. Parents have raised concerns that ADL aligned materials reshape historical narratives, redefine moral norms, and pressure schools to adopt political interpretations of identity and discrimination. When outside organizations influence what children are taught about their own country, culture, and faith, it affects the nation’s future identity.

Impact on Law Enforcement and Government Agencies: The ADL conducts training for police departments, federal agencies, and security personnel. These programs influence how law enforcement defines “extremism,” “bias,” and “threat assessment.” Critics argue that these frameworks sometimes conflate traditional, conservative, or Christian viewpoints with extremism, creating an environment in which ordinary citizens may be viewed with suspicion for holding long-standing beliefs. When a private advocacy group shapes law enforcement doctrine, it risks blurring the line between public safety and political policing.

The Chilling Effect on Public Discourse: By labeling a wide range of viewpoints as hateful or dangerous, the ADL’s influence can create a chilling effect on public debate. Individuals, churches, educators, and community leaders may fear speaking openly about their convictions, especially on matters of faith, morality, or national identity — lest they be branded as extremists. A free society cannot function when citizens are intimidated into silence by the threat of reputational or legal consequences.

Domestic Influence with Foreign Policy Consequences: When an organization can define what is “acceptable” speech, it can also shape what is “acceptable” foreign policy. The ADL’s positions on Middle Eastern affairs, U.S.–Israel relations, and global definitions of antisemitism often influence congressional behavior, diplomatic language, and public discourse. By narrowing the range of permissible debate, the ADL indirectly shapes America’s foreign policy posture, limiting open discussion about alliances, aid, and national interests.

Restoring Constitutional Boundaries and Cultural Integrity: No private organization, regardless of its stated mission, should have the power to define acceptable speech, shape school curricula, or influence law enforcement doctrine without public oversight. The United States must ensure that constitutional rights are protected, that diverse viewpoints can be expressed without fear, and that no advocacy group holds disproportionate sway over national policy.

America’s identity has always been rooted in the Christian faith, family, and freedom. The nation’s moral and cultural foundations should not be rewritten by private organizations with ideological agendas. A healthy republic requires open debate, respect for religious liberty, and a clear separation between advocacy groups and the machinery of government.

PLANK 5: China, Trade, and Foreign Influence

China, Trade, and Foreign Influence: No foreign power has benefited more from America’s strategic mistakes than the People’s Republic of China. For decades, China has pursued a deliberate strategy to weaken American industry, infiltrate American institutions, and expand its global influence, all while the United States opened its markets, outsourced its manufacturing, and ignored the consequences. China’s rise was not the result of superior innovation or economic genius; it was the result of political decisions made by American leaders who placed global economic theories above the well-being of their own citizens.

How China’s Rise Began: A Policy Failure of the 1990s The turning point in U.S.–China relations came during the 1990s, when the Clinton administration removed human rights conditions on China’s trade status and pushed aggressively for China’s entry into the World Trade Organization. These decisions opened the American market to a regime that exploited cheap labor, ignored environmental standards, and engaged in systematic intellectual property theft. American corporations rushed to relocate factories to China, chasing short term profits while hollowing out the industrial base that had sustained American families for generations. THIS IS NOT THE FREE TRADE THAT ADAM SMITH ENVISIONED!

The result was the largest transfer of wealth, technology, and manufacturing capacity in modern history, from the United States to a geopolitical rival. Millions of American jobs were lost, entire communities were devastated, and China used its new economic power to build a military capable of challenging American interests around the world.

Economic Dependence as a National Security Threat: Today, the United States depends on China for critical goods essential to national security and daily life. China dominates the production of pharmaceuticals, electronics, rare earth minerals, solar panels, steel, and countless manufacturing inputs. This dependency is not merely an economic vulnerability; it is a strategic liability. A nation that cannot produce its own medicine, its own technology, or its own industrial materials cannot claim to be sovereign.

China has used this leverage to influence American corporations, universities, media outlets, and political institutions. Through economic pressure, market access, and targeted investments, China has gained influence over sectors of American life that should remain independent of foreign control.

Intellectual Property Theft and Economic Espionage For decades, China has engaged in widespread intellectual property theft, cyber espionage, and forced technology transfers. American companies operating in China have been required to share proprietary information with state controlled firms, enabling China to leapfrog technological development without investing in innovation. This systematic theft has cost the United States hundreds of billions of dollars and has strengthened China’s military and industrial capabilities at America’s expense.

Influence Operations Inside the United States: China’s influence extends far beyond trade. The Chinese Communist Party has established a network of influence operations within the United States, including:

• Confucius Institutes embedded in universities

• partnerships with research institutions

• funding arrangements with American corporations

• pressure campaigns targeting Hollywood and media

• covert operations aimed at politicians and local officials

• cyber intrusions into government and private networks

These efforts are designed to shape American public opinion, suppress criticism of the Chinese regime, and gain access to sensitive information.

China’s Military Expansion and Global Ambitions China has used its economic gains to build the world’s largest navy by ship count, expand its missile capabilities, militarize the South China Sea, and pursue global influence through the Belt and Road Initiative. China’s goal is clear: to replace the United States as the dominant global power and to reshape the international order in its own image.

A New American Strategy: Independence, Strength, and Reciprocity The United States must reverse the policies that enabled China’s rise and restore economic and strategic independence. This requires: • rebuilding American manufacturing • securing domestic supply chains • restricting Chinese ownership of critical industries and land • ending reliance on Chinese pharmaceuticals and medical supplies • enforcing strict penalties for intellectual property theft • prohibiting Chinese influence operations in universities and research institutions • strengthening alliances that counter China’s expansion • ensuring that trade with China is based on reciprocity, not unilateral concessions

A sovereign nation must control its own economy, its own technology, and its own future. America must no longer allow a foreign adversary to dictate the terms of trade, exploit our markets, or infiltrate our institutions.

A Foreign Policy Rooted in American Interests: China’s rise was made possible by American leaders who placed global integration above national strength. The United States must now pursue a foreign policy grounded in sovereignty, self reliance, and the protection of American workers. We reject the failed assumptions of the past and affirm that America’s economic and national security must never again be outsourced to a hostile foreign power.

PLANK 6: A Strong National Defense Focused on Protecting America

A Strong National Defense Dedicated to Protecting America, Not Policing the World: We support a strong and disciplined national defense whose sole mission is the protection of the American people and the sovereignty of the United States. The Constitution grants the federal government the authority to “provide for the common defense,” not to entangle our nation in endless foreign conflicts or to serve as the military arm of international interests. A secure nation begins with secure borders, a well trained defense force, and a clear understanding of our national priorities.

We believe the armed forces should consist of volunteers committed to the defense of their homeland. Throughout American history, from the Minutemen of the Revolution to the volunteer forces of the modern era, citizens have stepped forward to defend their country when called upon. Service is an honorable duty, and those who choose to serve deserve the highest respect, proper training, and leadership that values their lives and their mission.

We affirm that men and women both have vital roles within the defense structure, each contributing according to their strengths and abilities. Women have served with distinction in support, intelligence, medical, logistical, and administrative roles throughout our history. At the same time, the physical demands and battlefield realities of direct combat require standards that ensure the safety, effectiveness, and cohesion of combat units. These standards must be based on readiness and mission effectiveness, not political pressure or social experimentation. For More Information on this Topic, you are encouraged to visit the very distinguished Elaine Donnelly’s Center for Military Readiness, the premier Think Tank on Women in the Military.

We further believe that America’s military should never be used to interfere in the internal affairs of other nations. Our armed forces exist to defend our borders, our people, and our national interests, not to police the world, rebuild foreign governments, or enforce ideological agendas overseas. The Founders warned against entangling alliances and foreign interventions that drain our resources, cost American lives, and weaken our own security.

PLANK 7: Historical and Biblical Foundations for a Restrained Defense Policy

History has shown that when nations overextend themselves militarily, they undermine their own stability. From ancient empires to modern superpowers, the pattern is clear: a nation that neglects its own borders while projecting force abroad eventually loses both. America must learn from these lessons and return to a defense posture rooted in prudence, restraint, and constitutional authority.

Scripture also affirms the legitimacy of national defense. Nehemiah rebuilt the walls of Jerusalem with “a sword in one hand and the work in the other,” demonstrating that a people have both the right and the duty to protect their own. But nowhere does Scripture command a nation to impose its will on others or to wage unnecessary wars.

Our position is rooted in constitutional fidelity, historical wisdom, and moral responsibility. A strong defense protects our people. A restrained foreign policy preserves our freedom. And a military focused on defending America, not policing the world, ensures that future generations inherit a nation that is secure, sovereign, and strong.
