Lawyer Says Elderly and Disabled Will Suffer as 350,000 Haitians Lose Temporary Protected Status<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In January 2010, following an earthquake, President Barack Obama granted Temporary Protected Status to Haitians for an initial 18-month period. Now, it’s 2026, and the Trump administration has decided to put the temporary back into TPS. The earthquake is ancient history, but now Democrats say it’s a “death sentence” to send Haitians back to their own country. That’s strange, because we were assured by celebrities that “Haiti is already great” after President Donald Trump deemed it a s**thole country. There’s that famous photo of Conan O’Brien sipping from some form of exotic fruit while broadcasting from a luxury gated resort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Attorney Joyce Vance says that our nation’s elderly and handicapped will be the ones to suffer if Haitians are sent home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Last month, SCOTUS told the Trump admin it could end temporary protected status immigration programs. Today 350,000 people, mostly Haitians lose status & elderly & disabled Americans they are caregivers for will suffer along with them. These people are part of our communities.\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Boo hoo. Just another sob story to pull at your heartstrings. Everytime non-whites are slated to be deported, Democrats jump on the opportunity to play the savior of the worlds deplorables. I would say being given Temporary Protective Status back in 2010 for 18 months that these people made out pretty good. Vacation is over, it’s time to go home now. We’re supposed to feel bad for their elderly and disabled, but what about our White elderly and disabled people? You know, American citizens? Every Winter we have White elderly [people freeze to death in their homes because they can’t afford heat. Some of our White elderly people have nothing but canned dog or cat food to eat because their medications are too expensive. Some just a couple dollars over the limit to receive help to heat their homes, or SNAP to be able to eat something other than dog and cat food. We have veterans that fought for our country living in cardboard boxes on the streets, many with serious injuries from war. Before you fall for the Democrat narrative, think of our own people that suffer day to day. Maybe once the non-whites that don’t belong here are deported, the money we spent for them to live off of us could go to taking better care of our own people. So many have chanted ‘America first’. That wasn’t just a hollow slogan. Back up what you claim to stand for.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
