Obama Judge Legalizes Child Porn…..<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the Obama judge, \u201cthe First Amendment would treat obscene virtual CSAM [child pornography] the same as other obscene materials.\u201d And that effectively legalizes it despite the societal and legal precedents for treating child pornography as far more uniquely evil and dangerous than the adult materials that had been the subjects of previous obscenity cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The ruling will make it much more difficult to prosecute child porn networks, will force a higher standard of proof in prosecuting pedophiles and will lead to more sexual abuse of children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lee ruled in defense of sexual images of \u201cprepubescent minors\u201d while quoting the Supreme Court as stating that, \u201cif the First Amendment means anything, it means that a State has no business telling a man, sitting alone in his own house, what books he may read or what films he may watch.\u201d That case, however, Stanley v. Georgia, involved an individual possessing adult films in his own home, which is very different from a pedophile sharing it over the internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The judge also cited a Rehnquist Court ruling arguing that some \u201cdepictions of teenage sexuality might have artistic or literary merit.\u201d Is that what the Obama Judge really wants to cite in defense of a pedophile accused of sending images of \u201cprepubescent minors touching adult male penises or engaging in sexual intercourse\u201d?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Obama judge argues that there\u2019s no reason to distinguish the adult pornography at issue in Stanley v. Georgia from child rape. Judge Lee rejects the precedent that \u201cthat \u2018obscene material\u2019 is best understood to only address the obscene material at issue there, adult pornography.\u201d Instead he argues that, \u201cwe see no basis to read Stanley in such a limited fashion\u201d even though he admits that the Supreme Court had clearly stated that \u201cthe government may criminalize the possession of child pornography, even though it may not criminalize the mere possession of obscene material involving adults.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Not too long ago I said repeatedly on my podcast that the day was coming when pedophilia would be legalized. I got some backlash for suggesting such an idea, and I’ll admit the thought of it made me sick to my stomach, but the Biden administration was pushing all sorts of sexual deviancy, as was the Obama administration before him. I knew we were heading downhill when Obama legalized same sex marriage, and then Biden hosting a queerfest on the White House front lawn. Well, to those that called me a crazy conspiracy theorist, I present to you the next step in legalizing pedophilia. A judge in White, Christian America has ruled that anyone can watch child porn. We know, at least the sane people do, that men watching child porn, it will only satisfy them to a certain point, and they will act out on it. Pedophiles can’t be rehabilitated, and who else would be watching child porn? Lock them up for 10 days or 10 years, they return to society with the same sick thirst for children as they did when the got locked up.
