Homan says Ilhan Omar could be stripped of naturalization, deported if immigration fraud is proven<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Border czar Tom Homan said Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., could be denaturalized and deported if investigators find that she committed immigration fraud, repeating his assertion that no one is above the law after her home was raided and cellphone seized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Of course, if you lie during the naturalization process, there is a process to denaturalize somebody. We’ve done it before… And certainly, if the evidence points that way, that could happen,” Homan told “The Big Weekend Show” on Saturday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Omar will “be held to the same standards you and I are held [to]. If she violated the law, then she’ll be held accountable,” he added, declining to discuss the specifics of the investigation into the congresswoman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“I said over a year ago, the allegations were made clear, and it would be investigated, and they are investigating it,” he said. “I’m not going to get ahead of the bureau or HSI, but I’ve been told they have a strong case, and we’ll let the evidence lead where it leads.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Omar is under federal investigation over allegations that she or her father lied about her birth year on immigration paperwork to obtain her citizenship when her family fled Somalia in the late 1990s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“This is what happens when we install non-white foreigners in our government, and that goes for all and any government offices, not just Congress”, said Thomas Robb, the National Director of the Knights Party of the Ku Klux Klan based in Harrison, Arkansas. “Ilhan Omar has said she pledges her allegence to Somalia before the United States long ago. Ilhan Omar hates America, and the people who love it. In my opinion, after that remark itself she should have been removed immediately from Congress and deported. Number one, that statement shows she has no interest in what American citizens want as a Congresswoman, and number two, it shows she has no intent whatsoever to assimilate into our White, Christian culture. She is a danger to not only our society, but as a member of our government. Alot of people are watching this closely, and if something isn’t done, I know many people will lose their faith in our judicial system, many people already have, and soon they will lose their faith in America itself. Then we are in big trouble”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
